I came across this video accidently on youtube, and fell in love with it. It's been stuck in my head all week (along with hey soul sister, the glee version) so I thought I should share it with you guys. It makes me feel incredibly summery plus the lyrics are gorgeous. A Little Bit About Milly

Here are my answers to the questions as promised. I know for some of the questions it completely looks like we copied each other, but we both wrote our answers to all the questions before showing the other, so the similarities are simple a coincidence. Enjoy :)
1. How and when did you meet? well i was in yr8, so i was 12 and hannah was in yr 7 so she was 11 and we get on the same bus for school. We have spent apsolutely ages trying to work out why one day we sat next to each other but can't remember.we just did and we were best friends ever since.
2. What's your favorite memory together? i don't really have a favourite memory but one time that was quite hilarious was when we we sat in the car on the way to hannah's house and her dad was driving and we just couldn't stop laughing. We'd stop for like a second and then we'd look at each other and start laughing all over again. Her dad thought we were quite weird from that moment on. Whatever we were laughing at it must have been really funny.
3. Describe each other in one word. Fabulous. Her clothes, her accesories,her shoes. She always looks fabulous and she has a fabulous personality! She is just a fabulous person and i'm so lucky to have her!
4. What's your dream job? at the moment my dream job would be a publisher, publishing books. i read a lot so it would be a pretty perfect job for me. It takes me 2 days to read a book that it takes hannah 2 months to read, its quite funny.
5. What's your favorite makeup brand? Most of Rimmel London is quite good, i couldn't live without my rimmel eyeliner, i wear quite a bit of clinique too, but i think my favourite would be Barry M because you can buy everything in every colour imaginable.
6. What is something that annoys you about the other person? It doesn't annoy me anymore, but it must annoy some people, hannah is constantly singing. She's not a bad singer in fact shes amazing, check out her youtube page, but she sings constantly. she's always getting songs stuck in my head. Also, she is quite annoying when watching films as she can't just and watch she constantly asking what's going to happen even if I haven't seen it before.
7. If you could go anywhere in the world together, where would it be and why? probably New York, it would be a completely amazing shopping trip. Plus we could go see all the shows. it would be amazing.
8. Favorite inside joke? well i liked this guy, well still like him actually and all i could think of that was bad about him was that he has a big nose. So whenever i get in a mood or rant about him she she just says "but remember he has a big nose" and then starts laughing histerically, which makes me laugh. Everyone around us thinks we are mad.
9. Who takes longer to get ready in the morning? I take longer on my face but hannah takes longer to choose what to wear and we both take quite long to doing her hair, she says she doesn't , but she does. So its probably equal.
10. Favorite season? spring and summer, i can't choose.
11. Favorite song? At the moment its stay the night but James blunt (it makes me feel summery)and the glee version of teenage dream and marry you.
12. What is it like being best friends with someone who is obsessed with clothes? Pretty awsome, it's really great when we go shopping coz she can help me choose clothes really easily.
13. Heels or flats? I where a lot of flats, i live in my converse but i'd have to say heels because they make your feet look pretty.
14. trousers or dresses? i wear jeans a lot but i'd always rather wear a dress than jeans. so dresses.
15. Favorite animal? pigs, they're so cute.
16. If your house was burning down, and your entire family was sure to be okay, what would you save and why? an extra hoodie?? Probably my ipod, because i generally don't go anywhere without it and i love it. Plus an extra hoodie just to be sensible as its cold outside.
17. Comedy, horror, or chick-flick? chick-flick all the way.
18. Blackberry or iPhone? i dont have either but i will say iphone to be different because hannah loves her blackberry.
19. Favorite movie? At the moment its a mixture of Pride and prejudice, the one with Keira Knightley and He's just not that into you. They are feel good films.
20. What is something weird that you eat? i don't think i eat anything thats really weird but both me and hannah eat hummus if you count that as weird.
21. Do you guys have anything matching? i think we have matching sunglasses and shorts from H&M.
22. What's your favorite TV show? um... currently on the tv it would probably be glee, i also love lark rise to candleford and misfits but my all time favourite would be gilmore girls.

A Little Bit About Hannah

So Hannah found this girl who does youtube posts and she asked for questions which her and her best friend answered on her next youtube post. She then asked everyone to do the same with their best friend so seeing as this is a best friend blog we thought it would be quite appropriate. So this is to tell you a little bit more about us. This is Hannah's answers:

1. How and when did you meet?

 

well I was in year 7 and Milly was in year 8 thats age 11 and 12, we were on the same bus together. The stage between us just knowing each other and being best friends has blurred in our memery we have spent many minutes trying to remember but we always  fail miserably haha

2. What's your favorite memory together?

well we went shopping in London togther for my Birthday, we went with my Mum we bought like the whole of H &M hahah and holister we had the time or our lives it was amazing !! we loved it.

Another time it must have been the first time Milly came round my house we had just colleted her and we just laughed none stop the whole way to my house!! my Dad just sat smiling in the front yet again. we cant think why hahah x

3. Describe each other in one word.

 

Milly is LOVELY , beacause she is lovely inside and out!! she has the heart of an angel and only moans about people if they need to me moaned about haha x (inside joke) Milly is just an amazing person and is so nice to everyone she is a treasure and i am so lucky to have her as a best friend!!

4. What's your dream job?

i would love to be a singer or on Disney Channel ! i am having an obsession with disney channel as milly will tell you !!

5. What's your favorite makeup brand?

rimmel and barry M for nail varnish and eye shadows because of the amazing colours ! andd then to clean your face clinique all the wayy !!!! then for foundations and cover ups maybellne and max factor it looks amazing just like air brushed skin !!

6. What is something that annoys you about the other person?

I have thought about this ALOT ! and all i can think of is Millys great talent to read books so much faster than me !! it takes Milly a weekend to read a book that would take me a month :( haaa i am what you could call an inpatient person haaa and i like to no what happens in the end before i have read it !!!

7. If you could go anywhere in the world together, where would it be and why?

Definatly America ! proberly New York for the amazing shopping we love to shop and LA for the sun and Music !!

8. Favorite inside joke?

well... Milly had this major crush on this guy and I could do to stop her becoming a love sick depressed was to point out how large his nose was :P so that what i do when ever she is on a rant or love sick (remember his nose ) it works a treat !!

9. Who takes longer to get ready in the morning?

well this has taken a while hahah, milly takes longer to do her face and i take forever chosing clothes, Milly has to normally drag me out the house ! especially on a night out we do eachothers hair so i think i will say we take an equal amount of time xxxxx

10. Favorite season?

summer all the way ! summer= holidays and sunglasses !

11. Favorite song?

Any Glee songs or Disney (seeing a theme :P)

13. Heels or flats?

heels any day of the week !!

14. Trousers or dresses?

Dresses make you feel really pretty and summery but trousers are good sometimes so both :P

15. Favorite animal?

Dogs ! Man's best friends heyy , i love my dogs

16. If your house was burning down, and your entire family was sure to be okay, what would you save and why?

My New LV Bag, i saved up for it forever and it proves that i am not a shoperholic haha (im not really )

Chick Flick no contest!!

Blackberry !! and i think i am converting Milly too x

19. Favorite movie?

pretty much any chick Flick but i love he is just not that into you ! or for Christmas the Holiday

well i couldnt think of anything apart from me and Mill both eat alot of Humous hahah x and i hate any cheese apart from on pizza and light laughing cow (hahah its not me its my body)

21. Do you guys have anything matching?

sunglasses, holister tops and bestfriends necklaces which we bought when we went to London !! we love to shop

22. What's your favorite TV show?

ohh i would have to say GLLEEE !!!!

I Am Number Four by Pitacus Lore

I bought this book recently and it took me less than 2 days to read it, it was that good. Although it is seen as a sci fi book, which is not normally my thing, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is can also sometimes be found in the childrens book section, however so was Harry Potter and the Twilight Saga, so don't let that put you off.

It's about a guy who's being hunted... him and nine others (now only 6 left ) are the only hope for the  survival of their planet ( I don't want to give too much away, but their not human)  It's full of action and adventure and it kept me gripped till the very end. It's also got love and friendship it an American High School.

There is planned to be more books, and this book is about to be released as a film. The film staring not only the gorgeous Alex Pettyfer as John Smith, but also Dianna Agron (or known to most of us as Quinn Fabray from Glee) as his love interest Sarah. I am very excited about this new film. It was released 23rd February, so quickly read the book and then go see the film.

The Six Nations

You make just think that I have gone mad, Rugby? whats so good about that?? But during the past couple of weeks I have been loving the six nations! The Six Nations being a rugby tornament including England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France and Italy (there are 6 of them, hint the SIX nations) Now your still probably thinking why would I want to waste my saturday afternoon watching the rugby. I'll tell you why - the men. Beafy guys in tight shorts running around and tackling each other, what girl wouldn't want to watch that??? I mean seriously. sometimes there's even a bit accident, someone starts bleeding coz they got punched in the face or someone breaks a bone.. its quite addictive and way more dangerous than football.

Now we have the why? sorted out now we move on to the what? and the how? Ok so most of you probably don't understand rugby, you probably don't even understand football (mentioning no names...uh Hannah!!) so I have found a quick and easy to understand girls guide to rugby. It's on a blog called Bookshelf Boyfriend and includes most you need to know about rugby. Next's Kitten Heels

At the moment Next have a gorgeous range of kitten heels, that I adore. Next generally has a good range of shoes, but these are really something.
As they are kitten heels, the heel is not too high, and therfore they are really comfortable to walk in for long periods of time. They are available in a range of styles, my favourites being , Bow Kitten Shoes (Navy) and Red Floral Print Kitten Heels, but I personally like them all.

I have bought the navy ones with a bow, but at only £25 I am thinking about buying another pair as well. These shoes look perfect with skirts if your dressing up but they also look amazing with jeans. They really add a classy touch to every outfit.

Cath Kidston Phone Cases

I have fallen in love with the new blackberry and iphone cases from Cath Kidston, they have introducted some new prints however still have some of the retro other prints from the normal bags and purses. They fit perfectly to my blackberry and come with a magnetic strip that locks your blackberry if you have forgotten to lock it before putting it in the case to save battery. these cases are cute and actually practical and i would recommend them to everyone!!

Lipglosses

At Christmas Santa was very kind and got me the cutest lippies ever ! I cannot work out where Santa got them from however i have a sneaky suspicion they are from  Claire's Accessories.
Also they come in different flavours like chocolate, strawberry and raspberry. They are such a cute present for any age Girlygirl!!

I love the simple necessities form Topshop at the moment, sometimes i think it is too expensive for vest tops however for £28.00 i have found the most stunning silk floaty tops:

Musical futures

A couple of weeks ago I applied for role of Musical Futures Champion; amazingly I was accepted ! was 1 out of 20 in the whole of the UK! On the 21^st of January, I went on a training day. It included learning about what our role as a musical futures champion would be, this was to encourage young musical talent, who put their music up on a schools sight almost a safe version of YouTube called NUMU. We have to comment using lots of positives and encouragement but also constructive criticism to help the talent improve. The course consisted of some people explaining techniques about how to approach the people about their music, about how it would feel to get the feedback and being given the confidence and praise by your peers about your music. Personally I found it really helpful and inspiring to meet my fellow champions that managed to get to the final stages to talk to the young talent of today.
My friend's favourite song is Lucky by Colbie Caillat and Jason Mraz. It is truly beautiful and i highly recommend listening to it !
It was recently replayed by Glee ,so it has become a new playlist favourite !
I actually love it, its so cute its an acoustic duet about a couple. It really shows off both their voices and if you haven't heard Colbie Caillat's voice yet here's a couple of her best songs is Bubbly or Oxygen they are stunning!
